Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout according to the amount of products you order. We offer three different shipping rates:

• Standard: 3-5 business days shipping.
• Expedited: 2 business day day shipping.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order is being prepared to be shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 48 hours of receipt of the email. If you have not received an order tracking update within 4 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), please contact our Customer Service team.

Damages

Mighty Mutt will replace orders that have been damaged during the shipping process. If you’ve received a product that was damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Lost or stolen orders

Mighty Mutt is not responsible for lost or stolen orders that have been confirmed successfully as delivered. We do not refund or resend orders that have been confirmed by the courier as successfully delivered and are reported to be lost or stolen.
